ESPP Features

The AutoZone Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows you to become an AutoZone shareholder and own a piece of our company (NYSE: AZO). Using a convenient payroll deduction, you can purchase shares of AutoZone stock at 15% below the market price, including lookback. Your shares will be purchased at the end of the calendar quarter, and the price you pay will be 85% of the Fair Market Value on the first, or last day of the quarter – whichever is lower.


Enrollment and offering period schedule

You can enroll in the ESPP four times a year through NetBenefits®.

March 1 – March 20

April 1 – June 30

June 1 – June 20

July 1 – September 30

September 1 – September 20

October 1 – December 31

December 1 – December 20

January 1 – March 31

 

During the enrollment dates, you decide the amount you want to contribute, from as little as $1, up to a maximum of $15,000 (as long as it does not exceed 10% of your prior year’s combined salary and bonus). Your election will apply to the upcoming offering period and carry forward to future offering periods until you change it or unenroll.
