Your AutoZone, Inc. 401(k) Plan

AutoZoners in the US have access to the AutoZone, Inc. 401(k) Plan (“Plan”). When you save toward your retirement goals through the Plan, AutoZone matches your contributions, up to 5%.

Here’s how the Plan works

Your AutoZone Puerto Rico Inc. Retirement Plan

AutoZoners in Puerto Rico have access to the AutoZone Puerto Rico Inc. Retirement Plan (“PR Plan”). When you save toward your retirement goals through the PR Plan, AutoZone matches your contributions, up to 6%.

Here’s how the PR Plan works

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

The ESPP lets AutoZoners purchase shares of AutoZone stock (NYSE: AZO) at 15% less than the market price, including lookback. Your shares will be purchased at the end of the calendar quarter, and the price you pay will be 85% of the Fair Market Value on the first, or last day of the quarter – whichever is lower.
